This is a pretty rare, large slightly flattened beefsteak tomato from La Mancha, Spain. It has a wonderful, perfectly balanced flavor, not too tart. Fruit are ribbed, with the usual green shoulders and make lovely slices when cut. Having traveled there, I just had to have this one!
