This is a Brad Gates creation from Wild Boar Farms. He developed it out of Big Rainbow over several years. He says it is one of his favorites.
A stunning bi colored striped tomato. Yellow and red stripes are very attractive and the flesh may have both colors. Temperature affects the ratio of yellow to red; cooler temperatures bring out the yellow and heat brings out the red.
Fruit are meaty with an assertive but sweet flavor and come in variable sizes – from 6-16 oz. It can be a little stingy with production but the beauty and flavor are worth it.
