A stunning dark tomato with excellent flavor – wonderfully rich but also sweet. Fruit are usually around 3-4” and a deep dark red with green shoulders. I didn’t have any problem with cracking last year. Great production.
Many people say this is the same as Black Krim. Sandhill Preservation Center has them listed as 2 different tomatoes.I think this one is darker. But I am growing them out as a test this year to see what happens.
Nevertheless, it comes from Ukraine from the area of the Crimea and the Black Sea like the other great dark tomatoes.
