Carbon
This is the tomato that is known for it’s intense flavor – dark, smoky, sweet and has won many taste awards. It is very beautiful, being probably the darkest of the darks. Size is medium to large, 8-16 oz, and fruit are smooth and mostly crack free. When cut, it is both deep red and green inside. Excellent!
