With parents of Brandywine and Cherokee Purple, you know this one is going to taste great! The flavor is sweet with an almost slight smoky aftertaste. Nice large beefsteaks ranging from 8-12 oz. They are pink with green/yellow shoulders and are meaty and juicy. Production is good and it sets quite well in the heat.
