Fantome du Laos

This one starts out white and ripens to a very pale cream color. I think it’s the whitest I’ve seen. The flavor is mild and sweet. These sweeter tomatoes tend to be regarded as low acid (which actually isn’t true but the sugars make it seem that way.) Fruit tend to be about 5-12 oz and the plant is very productive. The fruit also hold very well off the vine and some have had them last a month.
