Opalka

My mainstay processing tomato that is a favorite of many. The red fruit are more of a rosey red in color. They are shaped somewhat like a bull’s horn pepper, about 3x6” with a pronounced tip at the end. Fruit are very meaty with few seeds and have a wonderful flavor good enough to eat fresh, unlike most paste’s that are bland until cooked. Fruit grow in clusters and production is very good. Plants are very vigorous but look wispy, which is normal.
