With an unusual color for a paste tomato, this orange banana shaped tomato has a wonderful flavor that has lots of people raving. Fedco says it frequently wins it’s annual paste tomato contest – and these people are serious about flavor! It has a rich fruity flavor but it still has plenty of the acids for a nice balance.
It is excellent for making a wonderful tomato sauce and a favorite for drying, but most just love to eat it fresh. Some fruit will have little points on the end and average about 3-5 oz and 3-4 “ long. Production ranges from good to very good.
