Pink Ping Pong

The shape and size of a ping pong ball, fruit are a lovely rose pink. Flavor is mild and sweet but not super sweet. Children really enjoy this one. Plants are large and vigorous and bear lots of fruit right up until frost. Good in salads, canned whole, and especially eaten fresh.

From Tatiana’s TOMATObase:

This is one of the 100 varieties described in Carolyn Male’s book “100 Heirloom Tomatoes for the American Garden”. Carolyn notes that the variety was acquired from Andrew Rahart, who lived just north of New York City and collected varieties from the ethnic groups in that area.
