Highly respected paste tomato with lots of flavor – great fresh or cooked. Fruit are usually an elongated plum with a knob on the bottom, but can vary in shape. Very good production of 5-10 oz. meaty fruit with hardly any seeds. Flavor is rich and sweet and very intense, Wonderful for canning or drying or even eating fresh.
