Another great one from Brad Gates. Fruit are a creamy yellow with stripes that blush red when extra ripe. They average 1-3 oz and about 2-3” long. They have a very sweet and somewhat fruity flavor and are yummy for fresh eating. Excellent for drying and makes a great roasted tomato sauce. Great on the grill, also. Hold well on and off the vine. Rarely has any issue with cracking. It reminds me a little of Blush.
